Due to changing jobs and other logistics, I've had several trainers over the last couple years, and I always kept coming back to Jon. After going through tons of trainers, he's shown to be a cut above all of them for several reasons:

  1. You're going to get the hardest, most effective workout you've ever done in your life with Jon. Period. *No* other trainer ever kicked my ass as much as Jon did.

  2. Jon's positivity and mental spirit are truly inspirational. It goes beyond training and nutrition. He is a guy who is always curious, learning, and open-minded about everything. I've learned a lot about how to be happier from him!

  3. His nutritional guidance is really helpful, and that's a key aspect of training that I wasn't really aware of. Without this locked in, your training doesn't matter, and Jon looks at this as a central component and will work with you to figure out what is going to work with you.

I mean it without exaggeration that if you want to be serious about getting HEALTHY, fit, and happy in a holistic way that looks at weight training, nutrition, muscle health and mental health all together, Jon is the only trainer I've worked with that delivers that.
