I've been to tons of gyms and seen plenty of trainers and Jonny is hands down the best. I've found most trainers tell me a whole bunch of stuff that doesn't make any sense and then I don't see any results. Jonny approaches fitness from a scientific and wholistic perspective, helping me understanding everything from my form to what I should and shouldn't eat. He helped me come up with an easy and doable workout and eating plan that fit into my lifestyle and was easy to follow. He even helped me tailor it for when I travel! And he does it with a super supportive and positive attitude. It's great knowing I can reach my fitness goals with the help of an expert rather than shooting in the dark!
